5) ($20.00SGD deposit *per item required for all pre-order items)/ (Full payment is required for all SALE/ ready stock items).
6) After which when your order(s) have arrive you then clear the balance amount. Estimated time of arrival is 2 to 4 weeks- which may be faster or slower pending on any unforeseen circumstances thus it is IMPORTANT for you to advise us at your earliest convenient should you need your order(s) by a certain date but it is subjected to availability. SAC fetish would take ALL possible measure to avoid any unnecessary delay.

- Please kindly note that once the deposit is being made, your order(s) will then be proceed accordingly.
- We will notify you promptly once your order(s) had arrived and should there be any unforeseen circumstances and that you would appreciate some extra period of grace to clear the balance, please do kindly advise us and we will be more than happy to make any special arrangement for the balance payment to be cleared.
- Please note that no item will be despatched for mailing/ delivery until balanced payment has been cleared.
- Should you not receive your parcel after 3 working days. Please do feel free to E-mail/ SMS us and we will check with the Singpost/ Courier company.
- We would like to request a favor from you which is that if you have ANY feedback be it positive or negative, we would really love to hear from you which will help us to understand your needs more so that we could address well to your personal preference in future when we are serving and of course it us to improve too. - Please kindly note that all items (unless otherwise stated) on www.sacfetish.com are pre-order thus there might be cases that items might be out of stock when we are in the process of making payment to our suppliers thus please kindly advise us should you have other alternative(s) should a particular item that you had ordered happens to be out-of-stock. We would advise you should such issue occur and proceed with the alternative(s) you had given us. If not a full refund on that particular item would be refund back to you immediately. SAC fetish would take all possible measures to pervert this from happening thus no worries.


Unclaimed item(s)
All unclaimed order within 6 months prior to the date the deposit/ full amount being placed would be sold as a regular item and money collected would be donated to the charity.


International Order(s)
- International deliveries are sent via Speedpost by Singpost which usually takes less than 5 business days to arrive. Some destinations may, however, take a longer delivery time than others, to check out more please click here.
- Please note that all items can be subject to customs inspection, which will require additional time.
- For international deliveries, please ensure that you or an authorized person is around to sign and receive the parcel. Parcel non-deliverable in 5 days will be sent back to us. In such instances, you will be charged the "return way" shipping costs (as charged by the freight forwarding company and may cost more than the "to" charges), in addition to the original shipping charge that was paid to us to send the parcel.
- For international deliveries to a P.O.Box, your parcel will be sent via Singapore Postal Service instead which may take longer than the Speedpost service. There is no difference in shipping charge.
- Fedex, UPS, DHL and other various Logistic company can be arrange for international deliveries should you require their service towards your preference.


Duties and taxes
- International customer are responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes, which are levied once your parcel reaches your country. SAC fetish ships your parcel DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your parcel to clear customs.
- If you refuse the parcel at the time of delivery, you will be charged the "return way" shipping costs (as charged by the freight forwarding company and may cost more than the "to" charges), in addition to the original shipping charge that was paid to us to send the parcel.
- We recommend that you please contact your local customs office for your country's regulations and policies regarding textile imports.
