- You'll need a soft measuring tape. Don't have one? Click here to request one to be sent to you free of charge!
- Measure over the undergarments that you are most likely to wear on a regular basis
- Make sure the measuring tape is straight, but not tight
- Measure the largest part of your bust, making sure that the tape is parallel to the ground- this will determine your top size
- Measure the narrowest part of your natural waistline
- Measure the fullest part of your hips- this will determine your bottom size

How to measure?
Shoulder
to Shoulder
- Front - Measure from shoulder seam to other shoulder seam
- Back - Measure from shoulder seam to other shoulder seam
Arms
- Arm Hole - Measure the largest circumference of the upper arm
Bust line and Under bust
- Measure with arms held out to shoulder height, over bust/ chest and across back
- Measure around the chest directly under the breast at a constant height
Waist line
- Measure around natural waistline
Hips
- Measure around the widest part of the hip, parallel to the floor
Calf Circumference
- The wide part of the calf
